Services Description
Galcons India provides hot-dip galvanizing services, including:
- Pre-treatment and surface cleaning
- Hot-dip galvanizing coating application
- Post-galvanizing services and finishing
- Quality control and testing
- Technical consultation and support
Service Terms and Conditions
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service for materials that do not meet our technical specifications or safety requirements.
Material Requirements
- Materials must be suitable for hot-dip galvanizing process
- Items must be properly prepared and cleaned before delivery
- Hazardous or contaminated materials will be rejected
- Customer is responsible for material design compatibility
Quality Standards
Our galvanizing services comply with IS 4759, ASTM A123, and ISO 1461 standards. We provide quality certificates upon completion of work.
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on weight, size, and complexity of items
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date
- Additional charges may apply for special handling or expedited service
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes
Delivery and Risk
Risk of loss or damage to materials passes to the customer upon completion of galvanizing process. We recommend adequate insurance coverage for materials in transit and during processing.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Our Warranty
We warrant that our galvanizing services will be performed in accordance with industry standards and specifications. This warranty is limited to re-processing of defective work at no charge.
Limitations
- We are not responsible for material design or structural integrity
- Warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling or storage
- Natural weathering and normal wear are not covered
- Maximum liability is limited to the cost of re-processing

We maintain strict safety and environmental standards in accordance with:

- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management
- All applicable local and national regulations
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and technical information, is the property of Galcons India and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Galcons India be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, or labor disputes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
